Kookay Care

How long can Kookays be kept for?

Because they’re freshly baked to order, your Kookays are best consumed within 24 hours of delivery.  

If you prefer to savour them over a couple of days, please keep your Kookays refrigerated. When you do so, remember to heat them up at 150°C for ~5 mins for that freshly baked warm gooey feeling.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

We provide island-wide delivery for a flat $18 and delivery is free for orders above $80.

Unfortunately our courier can’t deliver to certain restricted areas like Jurong Island. If your address falls within the restricted delivery zones we will contact you via Whatsapp. 

Do you do self-collection? 

Yes! You can select “Self Collection” when you are checking out if you prefer to swing by and get them on your own. We are open for self-collection on Wednesdays and Sundays 4-7pm.  

 *Note your order will only be prepared after the collection date and time are confirmed via WhatsApp (88222619).

When will my order be delivered? 

Once payment has been received and confirmed by us, we will get started in the kitchen. Your cookies will be shipped out once they are done baking. 

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days of payment confirmation.

If you have a special request or might require an order urgently, please drop us a WhatsApp message at 88222619 and we will do our best to help you. 

Payment 

What payment methods do you accept?

For now, we only accept PayNow. While checking out, a PayNow QR code will be generated that can be scanned by any supporting bank app for payment. 

Once you’re done, please drop us a Whatsapp message at 8222619 (you can just click the link!) with your payment confirmation for speedier processing. 

How long will it take for my payment to be confirmed? 

We generally respond with a payment confirmation within the day of payment. But we are a small home-based business, so it may take us up to 24 hours to respond. We thank you for your understanding! 🙏

Gifts

I want to order this as a gift. Can I add a personal note to an order? 

Yes! Please add your note while checking out and we will be sure to add this note to the your Kookays package before delivery.
