Kay and Kay in the kitchen
We bonded over our vision of the perfect chocolate chip cookie while on a ski trip in Niseko. So we made it our mission to make it.
For the next 6 months, through lockdowns and a pandemic, we baked to obsession, feeding our experiments to highly critical and food-obsessed friends and family members.
We eventually settled on perfection - a cookie that was the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy, jam-packed with dark Valrhona chocolate, rounded out with the richness of French butter and topped with Maldon sea salt.
And thus, Kookays was born.
We promise only the finest ingredients, and just simple joy with every bite.
